To create a new shortcut

 

1.Right click on your desktop and select New->Shortcut

2.In the location of the item paste
   RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll. and click next and then
   give a Name to your shortcut and click finish.

You are done with a new shortcut in your desktop now :)
